Shipping/Handling Policy:

CowCreekJewels wants your buying experience to be a pleasant one, so we do take pride in making sure your items are shipped promptly.  Due to show schedules and availablity of items, orders are shipped within 4-5 days unless out of stock.  We use USPS as our carrier.  We ship all items using Priority Mail and insured.  We accept MC/Visa and Paypal !

Returns/Exchange Policy:

CowCreekJewels will gladly exchange any defective jewelry, purse or wallet.  Returns require an authorization code, use the Contact Us button for return authorization code.  Returns must be postmarked within 7 days from the date the order was shipped, must include original invoice and be in original condition with all packaging intact.  Please ship any return with sufficient insurance.  CowCreekJewels is NOT responsible for items lost in the mail.
